great Easy run to Rite Aid 3 mi 00:33 10:59 pace

Woo Hoo!!!!! sub 11 minute pace (just); but I'll take it. Felt really great, got my run in and picked up a couple small items needed. Ready for Ragnar White Cliffs Relay.
