    Mapped part of the Skinny Ravel Half course on my treadmill. Hmmm course looks nice. Mostly a bike path/trail. May map another 4 miles to see what it is like. #RaceStrategy.

    6.5 Mile Neighborhood Run - First 3.2 miles in HR Zone3, then worked in HR Zone4 for two miles, then back to HR Zone 3 for last 1.5 miles. Overall I felt okay.

    Felt great. Used HR zones for walk breaks. Only took 8 walk breaks total and all the cross lights were in my favor this morning. Tried to maintain an 11:30 pace which I almost achieved.

    Amazing how a run feels after 10 days of recovery. Ran a majority of this easy run. Took a quick walk break after miles 1 & 2. Very happy and body feels great.
