    Warm and mostly cloudy. Just took it easy and walked the biggest hill. Avenue of the trees was beautiful. This was a challenge but happy the back half was mainly downhill or flat.

    6.5 Mile Neighborhood Run - First 3.2 miles in HR Zone3, then worked in HR Zone4 for two miles, then back to HR Zone 3 for last 1.5 miles. Overall I felt okay.

    Felt great. Used HR zones for walk breaks. Only took 8 walk breaks total and all the cross lights were in my favor this morning. Tried to maintain an 11:30 pace which I almost achieved.
