    Another day with a run on deck that had to turn into a walk. My knee is really the problem, not the hamstring. Walking until it eases up again.

      Hope the hamstring is better tomorrow. I'm often surprised that a tm fast walk ends up using some muscles here and there that I didn't realize were taking a rest during running.

      Loved lugging my guy in the backpack when we went hiking! He loves to walk on his own now but by summer, the new baby will be ready for his turn in it! Beautiful day for it, Miriam!
