    Easy ride, bit holy cow was it hot! Looked at the weather when I got home.... 101deg and with the humidity if "feels like 112". Like riding into a hairdryer. Yuck!

      Good work. I was amazed when I tried to swim laps last (few months ago). I didn't remember swimming being so hard.

    alright quick trainer ride....not fee... 10 mi 00:30 20.0mph pace

    Warmed up, did some high cadence and power intervals, then a 6min steady state ride. Felt really tired and hungry, so I cooled down and called it quits.

    Rowing right after running. Pushed hard to try and get 2000 meters in 8min, didn't quite get it.

    Walk for 3min, then increased my run from 6mph to 8.5mph until I had 2mi.

    Good swim. Main set: 6x100 on the 2:10, 6x100 on the 2:05, 6x100 on the 2:00. I was sucking wind on the last few 100's.

    10min WU. 4x8min sets (4x100, 2x200, 4x100, 2x200). Cool down. Then I sat in the hot tub for 10min, and the steam room for 5min. GOOD DAY!!!

    10min warm up, 45min steady pace (with a few good pushed due to my awesome Rockabilly tunes from Pandora....couldn't hold myself back!), 5min cool down.
