Easy ride, bit holy cow was it hot! Looked at the weather when I got home.... 101deg and with the humidity if "feels like 112". Like riding into a hairdryer. Yuck!

Warmed up, did some high cadence and power intervals, then a 6min steady state ride. Felt really tired and hungry, so I cooled down and called it quits.

10min WU. 4x8min sets (4x100, 2x200, 4x100, 2x200). Cool down. Then I sat in the hot tub for 10min, and the steam room for 5min. GOOD DAY!!!
