I quit working out when I found out I was pregnant in Dec. 2009. My baby is 6 months old. It's time to lose the weight!! I also want to log 365 miles in 2011.

    Today I ran pretty well. Stayed at 4.0 pace, walked at 2.0 and 3.2. I ran a full mile before walking at all. Kept going and going to finish the 3.1.

      This run also took me away from the Couch to 5k program. I wasn't really following it for the entire run. I tried to run as long as I could without stopping which was 15 minutes. The Couch to 5K would have had me run for 25 minutes straight. Altogether, I ran much more than 25 minutes today and by the time I would have stopped the C25k time, I had ran nearly 23 minutes of the 25, just with breaks.
