BREAKTHROUGH DAY---I was looking forward to running and had the BEST run of my life. Ran ALL the intervals, breathing was great, and I just felt great overall! After the Intervals were over, I ran all the way home on my inspiration song--Natasha Bedingfield's Pocketful of Sunshine. I know, it may be a bit cheesy, but I've had a rough few weeks and this song just makes me smile.
