    Went to open swim with my 2 year old today. She got tired quicker than normal, but it was still a good hour of pool time. :)

    My pace picked up more as I went on, and my shins seemed to hurt less up until I hit the little hill and was walking into the wind. By that time though I was in the home stretch. :)

      Ah cool, I just did part of my walk today on Canary. :)

      The whole loop at the end of Jenny's over by Grey Hawk is all open space so it's good for walking. I do my running bursts over there so I'm not feeling all self conscious about people seeing me run then huff and puff afterwards. ;)

      Hah. I'm not what you would call "in shape" so only having jell-o legs is better than other things that could happen. I also fixed the iPhone issue (user error). Now I just need to wear better pants when I "run". ;)
