Biked down to the trainer again to get more used to my bike. Overall, I definitely felt more comfortable on the bike this time. I am getting used to how it feels and how to shift again. I am not going as fast as I should be, but the route I take is pretty populated with people walking, exercising, and playing. So, I can't always just pedal hard without having to steer around obstacles including a small kid who almost ran right in front of me.
In the end, I felt good but I got some more foot cramps when I finished. I guess my feet are just not used to being in the bike shoes. Overall, that doesn't bode well for the triathlons that I want to do in the summer since I have to get off the bike and run afterward.
