Biked down to workout with my personal trainer. It was more of a warn-up ride to get there and a test of my bike, since I haven't used it in a while. Felt ok, although was definitely tentative on the bike since I haven't ridden in a couple of years. Clipless pedals felt good, but definitely took a little getting used to again.
