    Cooper had a nice run. I hope this cold I had is gone now. I am tired of sitting on my @ss. My avg HR for this run was way too high.

      I have the same problem, I just guess...Isn't there a fancy garmin that you can swim with?

      That is a tough one in the 25m pool, i have tried everything, laps 1,2,3 etc. then 25, 50, 75 etc. i find best counting their and back 50m, 100m, The new Garmin might be the way to go.
