Goal was 2:45 run in zone 2 with 3 minute surges every 20 minutes, no pace or distance goal. Cooler temps in mid 60s made this a nice long run. Started at 5:15 so much of run was in dark. Stayed local so mostly flat to rolling course. Running with group last 7 miles gave me incentive to finish strong. 3 endurolytes at start and 3 every 40 minutes and 3 Hammer Gels. No stomach or cramping issues. Pre run breakfast was Gen U Can cranberry raspberry shake.
