Plan was 2:15 in Zone 2 HR (around 140 to 146) with 3 minute surges every 20 minutes. I went over by 15 minutes and average HR was 142. I paid no attention to pace just looking at heart rate and elapsed time. I met a group 90 minutes in that was just starting so I ran with them and went over by 15 minutes. I had 4 or 5 short stops at water fountains for water and to take endurolytes. I felt good and the temps and humidity were okay so turned out to be a good one. Some days you get the bear!
