    Taught Kathryn's class with her. Awesome. Doubled. Had a bit of cramping in one of the speed tracks. The mountain climb worked that out nicely.

    Awesome class - taught with my wife tonight. She rocks and is a great motivator. She ALWAYS makes me work harder. Surprised? :)

    Did my wife's Body Flow class in the morning. Felt good -- I still have a long way to go to improve my flexibility and core strength. I'll get there.

    Taught Kathryn's class as well -- still felt off, but enjoyed it. Managed to avoid all cramping. I'm remembering that I need to manage electrolytes and nutrition a little better during the day.

    Felt kind of "off" today -- like I wasn't at my best. Still a great workout, but I didn't feel like things flowed as nicely as they normally do.

    This quick treadmill run actually felt good. Knees, ankles, hips -- all checked in okay. It must mean that I'm getting back in the running groove and I couldn't be happier.
