Don't be ashamed! It's so good that you are turning to exercise for some of your therapy. You can do this! We all need encouragement and we are here for you.

Know that what you are doing is a good thing for both you and your son. You are going through a lot. Exercise is such a good stress outlet and having a goal keeps us going. I applaud you for what you are doing. Keep the faith! You will make your goal. Don't beat yourself up when you have an off day, losing weight is a struggle for some of us. I know it is for me. My goal is to be healthy and be able to eat what I enjoy. I have learned that this is a lifestyle change, not just a weight change.
