This week has had the most intense workouts I've done in one week. All of my quality workouts were on the "next level" that I wanted to go to. Today was no exception. Headed out with Nathan and figured he would drop me after we warmed up to GG bridge. We stuck together though and basically tempo'd it out for the next 18 miles averaging 5:50-5:52. We hit the turn around at 12.7 miles and dropped our pace down into the low 5:40s and a few 5:30s. Definitely was pushing it. We finished of the run by dropping back into the "long run" pace range I had intended to go at for the whole thing (6:21-7:21) for the last 4 miles. Fantastic!
