You've been putting out some impressive efforts considering you've been dealing with a hypo thyroid for so long! I've had my own thyroid issues so I know how tough it is!

      Hi Devon,
How do you track your interval workouts. What type of watch do you have and do you use it to track your interval workouts?

It was on the track, so makes it very easy to track the distance. Running on the track I can use any of my watches.
