    little sore from adding some running yesterday morning...but needed to walk some of it off!

    walked but ran about 1/3 of it. Felt good but the running is still so tough! Need to get back on c25k schedule.

    week 2 c25k workout. Running a little longer at a time and i handled it ok. Need to stay motivated to keep doing it regularly! Beautiful day to get out there!

    doing week two of c25k and realized I downloaded wrong week from itunes. So repeated week one with a little more running. Also took different route with a couple of small hills. Felt good!

      It's just a free podcast "Chubby Jones" . She has music and she's motivating.. music isn't the absolute greatest but Best thing I can find right now...unless you have any suggestions! I need the music and the timing done for me!
