blah Little Mulberry Trails 4 mi 00:42 10:30 pace

I wish I could keep it up, but I always do this...I sign up for a race, then once I finish my goal, I just stop running, til I sign up for another race, which is usually a lot longer than a month..you'll be back in shape in no time :) But, the beginning always sucks.

There is more to life than running. Bodyweight stuff ( pullups, pushups, situps , etc. ) cycling, whatever. Find a few things to do if you stop running for a while. A fast hike is the same benefit as a slow run. I think you are doing great anyway.
