    50 lunges on each leg and 50 squats.. will get in 50 more of each before bed , push ups and weighted hula hoop.

      Val you hoop???? Me too!!!! I thought I was the only one who practiced hooping! I have the Hoopnotica DVD's. I love my weighted hula hoop!!!
