      The 1/2 went great! Finished in 3 hours 36 minutes, felt really good, my fueling strategy was spot on and I now know I LOVE long distance running. Now I am looking into trail running and training for an Ultra.

      I use gummy bears... I can't seem to choke down any of the gu/gel/blocks. My "strategy" is less than scientific-- a small handful of bears every mile or so after mile 3. :-)
