    Temperature was below freezing plus high winds (on an air base, so no hills but no windblockage.) It gone done, that's all that matters.

    Forgot my watch, forgot my gym headphones, and was on the fastest treadmill I've ever been on, so this was pretty much a zero buster to endure.

      Good idea -- my running always gets much more consistent when I have something I'm training toward! I have an April 10k keeping me motivated currently.

    Snuck in a shorty run at the hotel cause the four treadmills were way too few for all of the ornery runners at 6:30 am.
