    Too late to run outside so hopped on the treadmill for a short run.

      Dude... you're doing 7.5mph running, 19mph biking, and abs/strength and flexibility workouts several times weekly. You can easily pull off the Monster Dash and will probably beat me by 5-10 minutes. Let's do this thing.
