Noontime workout. Felt like a real business-person, taking a break from my morning watching the markets. However, my week away from physical activity left me an atrophied, achy mess on the treadmill. Powered through and even got in a few sets of upper-body free-weights to round out the hour away from work.
Seated Bicep Curls: 2 x 10 @ 15lbs
Seated Shoulder Press: 2 x 10 @ 30lbs
Standing Triceps: 2 x 10 @ 15lbs
Really, really light weight, but I want to get the joints used to moving under pressure before I start to add anything substantial to the mix.
Longingly eyed the Olympic weights in the corner, again. Someday soon. #ucfit
