    Swelling is almost down but I still wore the abdominal binder today. I’ll be glad when I don’t have to wear it any more as its hard to control my breathing when I wear it.

    Elden is having surgery tomorrow so we decided to run a few since he won’t be able to run for a while. We walked as much as we ran but it was fun to have all 4 of us together.

    4 miles is running with some walk breaks sprinkled in as well. Wearing the abdominal binder makes it pretty hard to pace my breathing.

    Wore the abdominal binder like the doctor said and felt pretty good. My legs and feet felt GREAT but the swelling and binder made taking deep breaths a bit difficult.
