    Toughest (and longest) run in a while. Hard to believe that a few months ago I ran a marathon at a faster pace than this five mile run. Hence, why I despise humidity. :P

    Nothing special about this run, really. Did my usual three mile loop. Left my Garmin at home. It was about 72 degrees but not too humid, which was nice. Yup. That about covers it.
