Hot out there this morning with the group. Much better than frigid conditions though. I remember longing for these warm run days, while shivering on winter runs.

Solid mileage! I'm with Kate--love me some cold days--you can always add more but only so much you can peel off...

Nice Friday 10 spot Andy. I prefer 50's for running, but since I'm not running right now bring on the heat.

It's just nice to be able to wear very little clothing on runs in the summer. I've got a fat ass. So, wearing tights in the winter is no picnic.

False! You can always put on more layers to get warmer, but there are only so many layers you can (legally) remove to get cooler. (I'm with Paul and Kate on this one). Andy, you can borrow some of my double-wide stretchy pants in the winter.

Don't get wrong, I like seasonal running. But, for daily, early (5am) morning runs, I'd prefer 80 over 20. At noon, it's the opposite. The high sun destroys me in the summer. Yeah, I can't take my skin off when it's 80, but my sweat glands do a pretty good job at cooling me off. That and panting.
