    great 5x1000s Mixed In 9.94 mi 01:29 08:56 pace

Lots of easy mileage, including 5x1000s at the track. 6:55 6:58 6:37 6:45 6:39. Not the best pacers in the world, but we got it done. Easy pace.

  2. My long ass (11min) 2012 Ragnar Florida Keys video. Just clips pasted together. No music. No titles. Just us running, talking, etc.

I love at 3:15 where caleb is seen putting his water bottle in the door on the passenger side of the van...and I wish we had captured our daring "get fuel to Caleb" midnight ride.

  3. RUN
    great Non-stop BRO 15.04 mi 02:30 09:58 pace

Other than a ~10s pit stop, I covered these technical trail miles with no stops or walks. Even the one hill at ~3.25 that I always crawl up, I powered up today. Went from Rte. 28 to and around the ... read more

  4. RUN
alright Back and Forth 11.22 mi 01:35 08:28 pace

A few out-and-backs on the WOD trail, looking for my running crew. Met up with Janet C about 8 miles in. Foot expectedly more sore today, since I did a hard, hilly 10 yesterday.

  5. RUN
good Toxin Exorcism 10 mi 01:30 08:59 pace

After a night of drinking, it was nice to get out for a windy, hilly run. Thanks to Janet C. for showing me this route. Very challenging, but a great workout!

  6. RUN
great Pre-Whistle and Flute 3.27 mi

Pre-Whistle and Flute. Can't remember the finish time, but the mile splits were: 7:0* 6:48 6:39. Now to go breakdancing...

  7. RUN
good Six and Four 10.07 mi 01:23 08:12 pace

Took the first 6 miles nice and easy (~8:5*/mi), then Janet C virtually slapped me on the ass and told me to go ahead and pick it up. Took the last 4 pretty serious (7:17 7:09 7:10 6:47). Should be... read more

Dr F is a PT but he's a real medical doctor and an ultra runner. He's done a whole bunch of 100's and he fixed my torn calf 3 weeks before my first 50 miler then he ran the 50 miler with me! (ahead of me) Dr. Pete has done JFk 50 a bunch of times and I remember when he first looked at my injury he goes, "AT training run?" heh

great Run. IPA. Sleep. Run. 8.12 mi 01:05 08:00 pace

Ran late last night. Then had an IPA. Went to bed at 2:05. Got up at 4:15. Ran this at 5:30. I think an IPA is next in the sequence.

  16. RUN
great Motivation Miles 10.24 mi 01:22 08:02 pace

Late night run. Just trying to motivate Janet C, who wants to get more miles than me this week. Eh, she'll do it. My weekly mileage normally sucks.

    • Dave F. Great Performance
      Great Performance:

Wow, Andy O! That's a lot of miles to put in after midnight just to let a stud girl beat you. Maybe you should just go sip an IPA and get a good nights sleep. Impressive decade of miles, man!

Burning River 100. I hope to make new, great memories, again there in July.

If you run 100 miles and don't come away with a few memories Andy - surely a runner isn't paying attention. I bow down to your long race prowess .... impressive.
