    Repeat of Tuesday's workout. Active alternating with static. 3 sets of 4 different exercises ending with some killer abs. V-ups were kicking me today.

    The plan was for 12 mi outside, but the snow made me rethink it. Settled for 7.5 on the TM at the gym. Now for lunch and a nap!

    Squeezing in a few miles between work, shopping and baking. The marathon training is making me have a voracious appetite and there are Christmas cookies everywhere I look. No weight loss here.

    Decent day for a long run. This one went pretty well. My right calf started to cramp up at the end, and my son the PT student, home from college, offered to work on it for me. Ahhhh!

    Took the day off from work and got a run in early with hubby so we could hit the stores for some Christmas shopping. It was a little frosty this am, but the sun felt good.
