    only slight knee pain. worked with an excellent guy who is going to be my coach. I am absolutely excited to have a coach. like, my heart is dancing with excitement! I'm ready to be fast!!

    the weather felt really good to run in. knee hurt going up hills but only after mile 3. ill tape it next time to see if that helps.

    knee hurts. that's what I get for not training for marathon. it hurts on my left knee, off to the left side. kind of next to the knee in the muscle area. anyone know what it might be?

      Yes. Too much front to back motion and not enough side to side. It happens to me when I run and spin too much and don't strengthen the outside of my legs. Try side to side skating motion on your non-run days.
