First truly cold run of the season (Clear skies, 29*, slight wind). Nursing sore muscles and didn't stop the watch when I stopped for traffic, so pace is slightly off. Tuesday I decided it would be a good idea to attempt 50 sumo squat step-ups...I made it to 30, and two days later my thighs still hurt.
