  1. RUN
    alright 3.17 Westport 3.17 mi 00:33 10:29 pace

Less grumbling from the hammy. I think it could be the shoes I was wearing; I was definitely heel striking more in the 3020's.

  2. RUN
    blah 3 mi 00:34 11:10 pace

Sore hamstring, tight calves. I say everyday that I'm done with this running streak, but I keep going back for more. 10 days strong!

That's an awesome running streak. Do be careful. If you are listening to your body, you'll be fine.

"Oh the weather outside is frightful...." It is really starting to look like winter out there. Good for you for not being a wimp. What is the "cookie challenge."

It's a challenge I'm doing on The Loop with some friends...we're seeing how long we can streak (run at least 3 miles per day)...the winner gets home-baked cookies.

  7. RUN
    good 3.17 Westport 3.17 mi 00:31 09:41 pace

A warm 48* meant I got to wear capris and a short-sleeved shirt! But the best part of the run was near the end: I ran by a school bus stop in our apt. complex and instead of being heckled, I impres... read more

  8. RUN
    good 6.65 6.65 mi 01:07 10:06 pace

A good run, despite being stopped by a train for five minutes. 26* at the start, 30* at the finish. I wore my new ASICS 3020's, and I'm definitely going to have to get used to the difference.

  9. RUN
    4.3 4.3 mi 00:47 10:51 pace

First truly cold run of the season (Clear skies, 29*, slight wind). Nursing sore muscles and didn't stop the watch when I stopped for traffic, so pace is slightly off. Tuesday I decided it would be... read more

  10. RUN
    good 3.17 Westport 3.17 mi 00:31 09:47 pace

A nice early morning run. 9:47 is starting to feel slow, I should probably kick it up a notch.

  11. RUN

Nice weather (42*, Partly Sunny). Decent run.

  12. RUN
    good 3.3 Downtown 3.3 mi 00:35 10:40 pace

First post-pikermi run. A little slow, but I liked it.

  16. RUN
    alright 2.84 2.84 mi 00:28 09:50 pace

Easy-peasy 2.84 miles...Just what the doctor ordered after a night of bad sleep. ALSO...I'm running a marathon in April!

  17. RUN
    good 3.17 Westport 3.17 mi 00:31 09:43 pace

Good run. Kind of sore, but that's to be expected. It's Halloween, so all the teenagers decided to be little turds. I was not intimidated though.
