.......a 'base' day. Nice run round my usual loop, knee still painfully. Felt a little tough for the first couple of miles but eased off a little after that. Just something I'm going to have to deal with I guess.

Nice miles Kevan! Hope that knee lets up soon! Mine have been achy but I know its from my tight quads. Cant wait for them to pop after my massage tomorrow lol
