injured Multi Terrain Running 14.29 mi 02:02 08:33 pace

Great running with Southport & Waterloo AC on their multi terrain run through the Nature Reserve and sand dunes. Run was a bit tougher than usual due to me twisting my knee slightly so just took it easy on the first loop then picked it up a bit on the second. Will just keep an eye on it over the next few days, but it ain't broke so we keep going. Come to think of it if it was broken I'd still keep going lol.
