      Shook Trevor's hand at the end and thanked him for the race. He remembered last year and said it crushed him that I came by so fresh. So after this year the next time he'll be gunning for me.

  8. Extra rest day this week as I'm racing on Sunday. Was suppose to take it on Saturday but I always like to put in a few the day before, so took it today instead.

      Hahaha! Thanks for the compliment Kevan and for not selling me out, Pantha ;) Msasa...cant say the same for you lol. I read this girls stats the other day and its quite impressive. She's got me in the weight room w/ her deads and quats. Hard to compete weight w/ someone of shorter, wider body frame. However, I would wager more than gu that I could get her on a metcon, even w/ that bow in her head. Lol....all in good fun:))
