      Hope you find your mojo soon Kevan. Sounds like a break from the serious stuff is just what you need :O) Maybe a run somewhere different or a route you havent used in a while would help too?

      I agree with Samantha, fresh is what you need - hope you feel in a better frame of mind - when do you find out about your club place?, ours in usually new year
