Thanks Sara! It's the first trail run in the long time, and the first one since my knee injury a few months ago. Felt great! And of course, the cold beers afterwards were pretty good as well! ;)

Oh heck yeah, a cold beer at the end tastes oh so good! Thanks for reminding me, I need to get some trail running done before my next tri- half the run is trail running. I DON'T want to trip this year. :) Sorry for the typos above...sheesh.
