new shoe issue, blister... follow pacer at start is a mistake, should follow own pace next time. after 21km pacer faster & gone.
more long run before race, build up mileage and muscles slowly.
great run & good massage after race, will go again next time.

    this year kl, borneo, penang, singapore.
    next year may be putra jaya, kl only.
    borneo flight too expensive, angkor wat half replace singapore(same date).

    see whether ur body condition, normally there said maximum 2 a year for performance race if u want good timing.

    but i thinking to complete the race for fun only so just limited by my pocket :D

    if i run enough to prepare the marathon, no suffer is ok for me.
    but depend what u want, important is avoid injury.
