tired Penang Bridge Internatinal Full Marathon 2009 42.8 km 04:18 09:40 pace

PBIM is my 3rd full marathon in 2009, felt tough because didn't manage to run 30-35km LSD training before the race.
So this PBIM as LSD training for next race Singapore marathon, hope can get better result in the flat road on Dec.

my split time:
10km - 52mins
20km - 1:50hr
33km - 3:16hrs

Good weather, windy and lucky didn't rain in the race.
But will not wear my New Balance 769 for any long distance race cause too weight and blister. just only for 10/20km training.
Also I just bought a pair of Adidas Adizero like my previous race shoe at 70% discount rm120 only. wish this shoe better for my next race.
