    Didn't want to finish the week on 97km, so took a wee walk along the Loch Leven trail. Looks like a good place to run, so will keep it in mind.

      Sorry for the pains. I don't know how much you know about changing tires, but I'm learning. Put the chain on the smallest ring on the cassette (furthest to the outside). That will help. I use a leaf, stick, anything I can find to lift the chain off the cassette when removing and reinstalling the wheel. It keeps my hands pretty clean. Hope that helps.
