great HOHA Saturday Morning 16.41 mi 02:16 08:18 pace

Overcast and very humid this morning. A little warm but at least it wasn't sunny.

Did 6 miles of hills then a 10 mile group run. I wanted to get in an easy effort of 2+ hours. Wasn't really worried about pace. Finished up still feeling strong. Great run.

    Concrete hills. I did 4 x 1.5 miles up and down the Viaduct. It's a decent grade, averages about 5.5% by my calculation. Not quite what you have available but I have to make do.

    ooohh yea Viaduct's always a good run! I was doing hill work up it once at about 10PM and a cop pulled up alongside my all kinds of worried that someone was chasing me, and was so confused when I explained to him that I'd just gotten out of work late and was doing a hill workout. Totally perplexed.
