A bit cooler tonight but still sweating like crazy by the end of this.

Did a one mile warmup, four miles on the TM at 15% incline then our five mile group run.

After the TM portion I was pretty smoked. But we had a great group tonight, about 8-10 fast runners and a big pack up front so I sucked it up and put in a big effort to keep pace.

Totally wasted by the end, I wouldn't have lasted another half mile at the speed we were going.

    Wow, I think Becky's Bluff on the Twisted Ankle Marathon was a 20% incline for 6 tenths of a mile. It was extremely tough, especially the second time we had to go up! I don't think people quite understand how awesome a workout that really was. Great job!

    Thanks all. Gail you are so right. It's amazing how much your HR spikes on a steep incline like that. Definitely need to roll out my calves tomorrow. They are tight!
