For some reason I decided to do this run at the gym. Maybe it was the rain or I was just bored of my usual routes. Either way it was a pretty tough run mentally. First time in a long time I considered cutting it short. Last few miles I really picked up the pace though and that seemed to get me out of my funk.
This was my last midweek long run in this training cycle, so I feel pretty good that I stuck it out. Also kept my heart rate nice and low as planned.
On a positive note this brings my monthly mileage to 269, a new record, an increase of 61 miles over last month and 166 miles more than February 2011!
