    Viaduct + HOHA Tuesday 10.51 mi 01:23 07:53 pace

Eight miles of hills before a quick group run. Tired the last few days. Maybe it's the weather. Definitely the warmest it's been so far this year.

Eight miles of hills would make anyone tired. I hope you get your energy back soon, I'm eagerly anticipating another early morning pic of the city from across the water.

6:12 in a training run. Never raced a mile. But I think I have 5:45 in me. I should do a mile race one of these days before I get much older.

Fantastic racing & race report! Thanks for posting some detail. Broken rock for 50 miles sounds really tough on the feet & shoes. I keep seeing Salomon shoes in my TrailRunner magazine... may have to check them out & mix a pair in with my NewBalance Minimi! And it does seem all "real" trail distance runners use handhelds so you're in good company! Onward to Leadville!!!
