    warm up then 10 x 1 min high RPM then 30sec recover

    15 minutes steady effort with 10 sec sprint efforts each 2 min

  10. Last few days have been taking it's toll from work, exhausted.
    Hopefully, this last week of the month will be better and get back on track.

  11. this weeks training has been blighted with my long working days, didnt help doing a 6pm til 6 am having already been up since 7 in the morning = knackered

    early afternoon ride, colder today, good ride. aimed to keep it within HR zone as being on fixed it was tempting to go faster and harder.
