RUN
good 00:33
Ran on a treadmill, which i loathed. But I wanted to join my roommate at the gym, so I made the sacrifice. Forgot my exact distance, but I know I ran for the 32 minutes it took him to lift.

RUN
good Levee - short 3.7 mi 00:30 08:12 pace
Went easy. I'm still knocking off my rust from my knee rehab. Plus it was cold and windy, which tends to slow me down.

FIT

Went for a baby jog this morning. Minus a stupid mile and half I ran last Tuesday, this was my first run since SF. My knees are still hurting from the pounding they took from six straight miles of ... read more

RUN
great Dog Days with my little cuz. 2.73 mi
We didn't keep time. But we ran a pretty good pace. My cousin is a junior in high school, and a top-flight sprinter. Her distance form wasn't bad, actually. She was able to kick it in for... read more

RUN
good Pretty exhausting Dog Days 2.1 mi 00:13:30 06:25 pace
The workout was tough, considering I was sore and weak from previous tough workouts. Gave the run all I had left in my legs, which was little.
