      Hey Simon! Sorry to hear about the injuries. I hope the foot feels okay. I will admit, that that is my biggest fear about those minimal shoes or barefoot runners. Maybe it's because I live in a very urban area, but I could not see it for myself. Still, decent mileage Simon.
