    Lungs still need some work (sucking air like it's going out of style!) My legs were a little sore/tired/tight today, so I have to concentrate on effective stretching!

    It went ok. It felt slow at the beginning (because it was) but I'm glad for it, because it took me everything just to make myself finish it.

    Unfortunately I didn't eat before going to the gym so I was too tired to do any serious (for me) lifting :( . Lesson learned!

    Pretty good! Still using really low weights on leg curls/extensions (~40lbs) back and adductor/abductor up to ~70lbs
