La Jolla Swim & Run - RUN! 6.2 mi 01:02 10:00 pace

My time includes my transition - not sure how long I took to transition... I didn't want to use my watch today - too serious for a "Self-Transcendence" swim and run!
Didn't walk at all - I was kind of punishing myself for having such a slow swim time - but I didn't really need the breaks anyways - it was a beautiful run and a beautiful day at the beach! Last mile was under 9 (so my husband says) so I felt pretty good about that :)
