great Grand Canyon get some miles in run 3.22 mi 00:35 10:52 pace

Decided to go out and get a 3-miler in after we arrived at Grand Canyon Village - got some Merrell running in and the run was better than I thought it would be (for being up at almost 7000ft elevation). My legs were achy and woke me up during the night after this run - so I guess it affected me more than I thought - but it didn't stop me from hiking and enjoying the canyon the next day!
