2 sets of:
15 squats (30lb)
15 pushups
45 sec plank w/ leg lifts
15 3-sec heel raises (30lb)
15 tri dips
15 side leg swings w/ opposite arm overhead dumbbell lift (8lb)
15 lunge to front kick w/ side2side dumbbell twist (8lb)
15 wide-arm pushups
15 goblet squats (8lb)

    My son finished his 1/2 in 2:09 - and won his age group - heh
    got a prize pack that was pretty cool and he was happy that he did the race!
    It was the Foxy Run 1/2 Marathon at Lake Hodges (a trail run)
