    Changed up my interval and had some calf cramping. Probably because I did 75 minutes of kettlebell and full body workout yesterday though. Eh well.

    After a chest cold, 2 miles is all I had. 5 min warmup, run till 1 mile then offset 5-2-4/run-walk-run to get to 2 mi.

    Good run. Did a little speed (4.8mph vs 5.4mph) interval work, which caused longer walking breaks. Feeling better after the faster runs now.

    Interval work to fill out a 40 minute workout. I forget all the time how peaceful (even when pushing) riding a bike can be.

    Did some intervals...ran faster paces than normal, which required more walking to catch my breath. No real increase in speed there, but it's gonna take work.
